PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
We try to keep them to a minimum as we like to keep things simple. We do not require you to sign a contract.
If you wish to cancel a clean, for any reason, then please give at least one week’s notice. If less than this is given, half of the fee’s are payable. If less than 48 hours is given then full fee’s are payable. Staff still need to be paid if you cancel as we do the rota’s on a weekly basis so this is to cover any overhead costs. This fee is at our discretion but we will, of course, waive it in exceptional circumstances.
Bank Holidays & Holidays.
We do not clean on bank holidays but we will endeavour to fit your property into the next day if you wish us to do so. We do not clean between Christmas and New Year.
Fortunately, we have a very good record when it comes to breakages! WE HAVE FULL PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. We will, of course, replace any item that is broken but you must:
a) Inform us of anything of a sentimental or high monetary value.
b) Ensure all mirrors/hanging pictures etc are securely fixed to walls. We cannot be liable for damage to items that are not fixed adequately.
c) We cannot be held responsible for breakages that occur due to general wear and tear.
d) Regrettably we can only compensate for monetary loss and not for sentimental value. Any compensation will involve having the item valued and assessed for repair.
e) It is your responsibility to inform us of any item that needs specific treatment. ie wooden floors, marble surfaces, granite etc. We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs due to cleaning if we have not been informed. This would include, not using certain equipment or products, ie the use of steam mops or excessive water.
f) Any incident must be reported to us immediately or within 12 hours maximum, we cannot be held responsible for breakages reported outside of this time frame. You must also keep the item for valuation.
